Yes. We welcome pets at select Sumthin Sumthin residences. A maximum of two pets is allowed per stay, with a 50 lb weight limit per pet. An $85 pet fee per pet, per stay applies. All pets must be approved in advance and disclosed at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the reservation start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full reservation amount unless an emergency exception is approved at our discretion. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, guests have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel for a full refund. Same-day bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
